These terms apply when you use noobgains.com or buy from Noob Gains. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Products and orders
Every Noob Gains item is made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Product colors and mockups are shown as accurately as we can, but screens vary and small differences in print placement, color and fabric are normal. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or there’s a pricing error), and you’ll be refunded for anything we cancel.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by WooPayments and Stripe; we don’t store full card numbers. Pay-over-time options such as Affirm are subject to that provider’s own terms.
Shipping and returns
Because every item is made to order, all sales are final: we don’t accept returns or exchanges, and we don’t give refunds for sizing choices or a change of mind. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost as described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer law.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details safe and let us know if you think someone else has used it. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Emails and text messages
If you sign up for marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. If we offer marketing text messages and you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts at the number you provide. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The Noob Gains name, logo, designs, graphics and site content belong to Noob Gains. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without written permission.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it in unauthorized ways, or using it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noob Gains isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
