Made for your order
Our fulfillment partner, Printful, prints and packs your products after you order. Typical fulfillment takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Production times can vary with demand and product availability.
Shipping
Shipping charges and available delivery options appear at checkout. Delivery estimates include production and transit time and are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Products may arrive in separate packages. Please check your delivery address before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email contact@noobgains.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review the issue with our fulfillment partner and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Sizing and change of mind
Because products are made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color. Check the size guide on each apparel page before ordering. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Missing packages or order changes
If your delivery is late or missing, contact us promptly with your order number. If you need to change an order, email as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations may not be possible once production starts.
