What is Kinobody Cardio Abs and Mobility?
The Kinobody Cardio, Abs, & Mobility Program is digital online course that offers a two-prong approach combining strategic cardio with specific ab exercises to help you increase fat burning.
This is a supplement that O’Gallagher has created to help you integrate more workouts into whichever Kinobody program you’re following. Cardio Abs & Mobility shows you exactly how to strategically incorporate cardio-style training into any of the following programs:
- Warrior Shredding
- Greek God
- Superhero Bulking
- Aggressive Fat Loss
- Kinobooty
This program will help you maximize fat loss, conditioning, athleticism, abs development, and mobility. And, the abs routines will help you develop the thickness and density of your abdominal wall that will give you that enviable, chiseled six-pack while injury-proofing your body.
This program is priced lower than the rest of the Kinobody programs.
The Problem with Traditional Cardio

There’s a reason that O’Gallagher doesn’t include cardio in his main Kinobody programs – it will derail your strength training progress if not done correctly. Yes, cardio can speed up your results, but it has to be done in a very strategic way.
If you just go for a walk everyday or join a spin class to get some random cardio in along with your strength training, you could be causing more harm than good.
Here are the major problems with cardio:
- Traditional cardio makes you hungrier thanks to the hunger hormone ghrelin. Low-intensity cardio like a one-hour walk on a treadmill will make you feel more hungry than you would after a short, high-intensity cardio session because ghrelin is released in larger quantities after a lengthy, low-intensity workout.
- Dehydration is also an issue during traditional cardio sessions. We sweat so much during a cardio routine that we easily become dehydrated, and people often confuse thirst for hunger. Yes, that’s a thing, and it’s real.
- People also tend to feel a sense of accomplishment after completing a long cardio session because it is difficult and not a lot of fun.
- Between the increased hunger, dehydration, and sense of accomplishment, a traditional cardio session actually makes many people more likely to “reward” themselves with a favorite food, like pizza or a cupcake. And that, of course, totally defeats the purpose. Why take the time to burn 200 calories when you are going to turn around and stuff your face with 500 calories?
With the Kinobody Cardio Abs & Mobility program, O’Gallagher incorporates the right kind of cardio that will help you shed fat without making you hungry. His recommendation is High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to elevate your metabolism. Or, if you prefer low-intensity, Greg breaks that down into 15-minute chunks to keep you at 65 to 70 percent of your maximum heart rate so you don’t increase your appetite.
Once your glycogen reserves are depleted, your body will use lipids, which the liver transforms into glucose and ketone bodies. When you workout while fasting, you are in total fat-burning mode just minutes into your cardio workout.
What You Get with Cardio Abs & Mobility
The first component is the 21-page Main Cardio Abs & Mobility Program Guide in PDF format, which will outline the program’s entire strategy. You will follow this supplemental program on three of your four “off” days each week in the other Kinobody program you are following. Make sense? As a result, you will be working out six days a week instead of three.

This video allows you to see with your own eyes the right way to perform every exercise, and he will also explain why each move is important and what it does for you.
The third component of the program is the Jump Rope Tutorial Video (on MP4), which will show you how to burn fat, blunt hunger, boost agility, coordination, speed, and athleticism with one simple piece of equipment.
O’Gallagher doesn’t allow jumping rope to be boring. Instead, he shows you how to keep it fun and synchronize your skipping with your favorite songs.
Does this Program Really Work?

Absolutely yes, the Cardio Abs & Mobility Program works. Remember, it’s a supplement, not a standalone program, and it is smartly designed to work well with all of the other Kinobody programs out there (click this link to check them out).
This program allows you to accelerate your fat loss even more while not sabotaging your progress from the main program you are following. It will improve your flexibility and endurance and give your abs even more definition.
This program is not a MUST, but it is a nice addition to the other Kinobody programs if you want to put in more work on your off days. It’s not really difficult to add these extra workouts in, either, as they are all about 45 minutes long.
It is definitely worth the extra investment if you want to take your training from another Kinobody program to the next level. The Cardio Abs & Mobility Program is challenging, but it will improve your mobility and athleticism. That means that not only will you look good, but your athletic performance will improve.

Just like all of the other Kinobody programs, The Cardio Abs & Mobility Program is based on sound advice and should deliver positive results if you follow the instructions. If you already own a Kinobody program and want to put more gym time into your schedule, then this program should help you out.
But like we mentioned at the very beginning of this review, going with something like this program may not be the best decision.
We recommend something all-inclusive like FitMole’s Superhero X12 since it shows you how to gain new muscle, cut existing body fat, and focus on additional ab definition too.
