So you came hear because you heard about this Kinobody program called Aggressive Fat Loss. The founder, Greg O’Gallagher, states that he created this course because he wanted to allow someone to lean down, support muscle retention, and feel good in the process.
They’re actually pretty reasonable claims, and we’re going to go into the details of it all, but I have something I need to tell you first.
If you want to lean down fast and build an impressive, muscular body that you can be proud of (and use it to draw attention), then we DON’T recommend Kinobody’s Aggressive Fat Loss program.
Well, when we first wrote this review, we thought AFL was the alpha and omega of fat loss. But since then, we think we found an even better program.
It’s called Superhero X12.
See, after doing more research on fitness programs, we discovered a few problems with AFL by Kinobody.
First of all, Aggressive Fat Loss is a “one trick pony” that only teaches you how to lose body fat. That’s the purpose of the program and that’s basically the only result it delivers.
Superhero X12 is different because it covers ALL fitness goals. It’s not just a shredding program. This program teaches you everything you need to…
- Gain muscle
- Build strength
- Improve muscle density
- Build definition
- Get completely shredded
- Take a more AGGRESSIVE shredding approach
- Or maintain the abs you already have
|Feature||Superhero X12||Aggressive Fat Loss|
|Lose Body Fat|
|Cardio & Abs|
Now, to be perfectly transparent, if you want to take the aggressive shredding approach comparable to AFL, you need to get the Accelerator upsell too.
Regardless, SX12 does WAY more than Aggressive Fat Loss does. You don’t have to waste money buying multiple programs as you progress through your fitness journey because SX12 has specific workouts, diets, and strategies to help you do it all.
Also, the AFL workout is supposed to be designed for beginners, but some of the Aggressive Fat Loss Program choices are questionable.
For example, the workouts lean on a slightly more complicated training method called Reverse Pyramid Training (RPT) like a crutch. It would be nice if AFL accommodated complete noobs and had some simpler training options too.
Well, with Superhero X12, you get simple workouts designed for complete beginners to build muscle as fast as possible. And when you’ve graduated and become an intermediate… SX12 has all THOSE workouts too.
And guess what? You STILL have the option of using Reverse Pyramid Training to reach your goals… but it’s not your only option! You get to decide what’s best for you and how you train.
We cover all of these points (and a lot more) in our complete review of Superhero X12.
But this is why we recommend Superhero X12 if you want to build a shredded, aesthetic physique with predictable results.
- You don’t have to waste your money on multiple programs because every fitness goal is covered in a single program
- You can start making progress faster because there’s no fluff or filler in SX12
- And the program includes the simplest and most effective methods you need to see real, lasting results
But don’t take my word for it. I’m just a random internet person.
Click here to check out SX12 for yourself and see if it’s really as good as we say it is.
Now, onto the review…
The path to reaching your ideal body weight begins with losing excess body fat. Before you can shred like a Warrior or become a Greek God, you have to cut the fat. And, to make that happen, Greg O’Gallagher – the founder of Kinbody – has created the Aggressive Fat Loss Program to help you jump start your weight loss and reach a low body fat percentage quickly.
No matter if you are just starting out in your fitness journey and have a lot of fat to lose or if you have put on too much fat while bulking, O’Gallagher has a unique strategy for getting rid of fat that doesn’t include obsessing over diet and exercise. But, the question is – does it work?
O’Gallagher is a master of marketing and knows how to sell his Kinobody lifestyle, but that doesn’t mean his programs lead to results. Before you drop the cash for the Aggressive Fat Loss Program 2.0, let’s dive into this review and find out if it really delivers what it promises.

Weight Loss Without the Burnout
The Kinobody Aggressive Fat Loss Program 2.0 promises to teach you how to lose body fat fast with aggressive diet strategies, but the plan is not restrictive. You won’t be eating five to six tiny meals each day that leave you starved, weak, and fatigued.
This program doesn’t completely cut out your favorite foods and it’s not a fad diet. Instead, O’Gallagher says that this style of eating will help you burn fat quickly while maintaining lean muscle. Along with his nutrition plan, O’Gallagher also includes strength training two times a week, and he says that you will “lose fat and gain strength faster than you ever thought possible.”
With this program, O’Gallagher says you will wake up feeling energized instead of tired and lethargic, and you will quickly become confident about your physical appearance.
How the Aggressive Fat Loss Program 2.0 is Different
If you think you will be doing hours of cardio every day, eating tiny amounts of bland food that leave you hungry and tired, and fighting the urge to cheat on your diet, then you might be surprised by the Aggressive Fat Loss Program 2.0.
The diet is aggressive, but your life won’t revolve around it. And, if you follow the eating strategy, it should product favorable results. This happens because this program is training your body to handle the fat burning state. This is a similar effect we’ve revealed in other Kinobody course reviews.
Are You Being Scammed?
O’Gallagher preaches that the media is scamming you and preventing you from losing weight because they aren’t sharing true weight loss strategies. Inside the Aggressive Fat Loss Program 2.0, you will learn how to cut your cravings for sweets and junk food, boost mental clarity and focus, and learn exactly what to eat for each meal.
He will also show you the right time to consume caffeine, how to use “strategic fruit snacking,” and how to determine the right calorie and macro intake for you to maximize your fat loss.
O’Gallagher says that you don’t have to be miserable when you are trimming body fat. Instead of skipping out on carbs and fat to reduce calorie intake, he shows you how to include these macros in your daily diet to keep your hormones functioning properly so your cravings won’t skyrocket and your testosterone levels won’t plummet.
His nutrition strategy also promises to keep your mood, sleep, and performance from declining.
What’s Inside the Program?
When you purchase the Aggressive Fat Loss Program 2.0 you will immediately have full access to the curriculum that starts with a lecture to help you prepare for rapid fat loss.
Here’s a quick list of what’s in the program:
- Section 1: Cracking the Code to Effortless Fat Loss – Introduction to the program concepts
- Section 2: Getting Started and Nutrition – How to structure your diet
- Section 3: Training – Concepts for maintaining muscle
- Section 4: The Workout Routines – How to workout to retain muscle mass while losing fat
- Section 5: Aggressive Fat Loss Advanced Tactics – Bells and whistles like hypnosis, motivation, and alcohol guide
- Advanced Aggressive Fat Loss Strategies – Details on working out less, longer fasts, refeeding, and more
- Bonuses – Cheat sheets, spreadsheets, and trackers
- Over 40 AFL Protocol – A series of resources that men and women over age 40 can use to maximize their fat loss results
The first section includes key strategies for fast and easy fat loss and then you will dive right into the program’s nutrition.
This is the most important part of the program, and you will learn how much you can eat, when you can eat, and how to stick to your diet and keep it enjoyable.
The curriculum also includes a step by step workout plan that focuses on weight training and also throws in strategic cardio. The workout videos will teach you everything you need to know before hitting the gym during the program. And, once you learn the nutrition and workouts, O’Gallagher will share advanced tactics so you can achieve maximum results.
In the exercise videos, you will learn proper form for each exercise and you will also find out what equipment you need to perform the exercises, as well as substitute moves if that equipment isn’t available.
The Cutting Diet Breakdown
Just like he does with his other Kinobody programs like Warrior Shredding and Greek God…
O’Gallagher teaches intermittent fasting in the Aggressive Fat Loss Program 2.0. However, he tries to keep this eating strategy simple so it doesn’t dominate your everyday life.
There is no need to plan out six tiny meals each day, and you don’t have to say “no” to a night out with friends. Instead, you will be eating two meals each day during a six-hour time window that begins in the early afternoon.
There is flexibility with the time based on when you wake up. As long as you wait a few hours to eat your first meal and stick to a fasting window that works for your schedule, he says his plan will work.
So, why does he teach you to skip breakfast? O’Gallagher says that extending your overnight fast into the following day will lead to the rise of your growth hormone levels, preserve muscle mass, and puts your metabolism in fat burning mode.
He also claims that this method will increase insulin sensitivity in the muscles which leads to lean muscle gains, and it will also boost testosterone. O’Gallagher claims that we have been lied to about breakfast being the most important meal of the day, and that it is simply a marketing campaign from cereal companies.
There is no need to fast for long periods of time because this will deplete liver glycogen and impair your muscle building, which means that your training performance will suffer. Short-term fasting for 14-18 hours each day will optimize catabolic and anabolic activity so you can get lean and build muscle.
Ultimately, the idea behind the eating strategies in the Aggressive Fat Loss Program 2.0 is that you will be able to enjoy big and satisfying meals by skipping breakfast, and you will find yourself “eating in accordance with your genetic code.” This means that this diet will be much easier to follow and you will be happy because you aren’t depriving yourself of delicious food.
O’Gallagher’s intermittent fasting method also claims fasting during the first part of the day and eating later will trigger your sympathetic nervous system, which will keep you alert, focused, and energized.
When you eat big meals with carbs, your body shifts to parasympathetic mode which makes you relaxed and sleepy. So, the fasting will help you function at peak levels during the day, and the big meal at night will help you have a restful, deep sleep.
If you are worried that eating big at night will make you store fat, fear not. As long as you are eating fewer calories than your body requires, you will see a daily net fat loss.
Do You Have to Count Macros & Calories?
Your first meal of the day will be in the lower calorie range (around 400) and you will need it be protein-focused. The last meal of the day will be much larger (around 1200 calories) and you can include protein, carbs, and fat.
O’Gallagher recommends keeping your macros balanced, and he does require that you eat natural whole foods like animal protein and veggies. He also includes fruits for snacking. Of course, junk food and pretty much anything that comes in a box should be avoided. But, this doesn’t mean that you won’t be eating delicious meals.
For example, O’Gallagher says that when he goes out to eat he will double up on his protein by ordering a burger without the bun and asking for two patties. He then tops the patties with bacon and cheese. Another one of his favorites is at Chipotle, where he orders triple meat with rice, beans, veggies, and lots of cheese.
When you feel extremely satisfied and filled up while dropping fat, life is pretty damn good! If you’re trying to go too low in calories and eating just two modest meals per day, you’ll be in too big of a calorie deficit, and your fasts will be pretty brutal. So don’t be scared of eating more than what seems reasonable, you have my whole-hearted permission.
Aggressive Fat Loss Workout Overview
When you’re on an aggressive cutting diet, the primary intent of your training sessions is to maintain your lean muscle.
In other words, the fat loss portion is handled by intermittently fasting and utilizing an aggressive caloric deficit through your nutrition.
If you follow these principles, you should be able to successfully drop a considerable amount of pure fat after a few months. If we were considering 30 lbs lost, this wouldn’t be 20 lbs of fat and 10 lbs of muscle. This would be closer to 30 lbs of pure fat lost.
That being said, there is also weight training two times a week so you will build muscle. These routines are short, high-intensity workouts with a few sets of heavy compound lifts and limited cardio.
This formula of intermittent fasting, caloric deficit, balanced macros, and strategic strength training is what leads to maximum results.
Also, the workouts use a training protocol called reverse pyramid training where you start each exercise with the heaviest amount of weight at the lowest rep range. With each set, you decrease the weight and add more reps to the set.
Here’s an example:
- Set 1: 150 x 4 reps
- Set 2: 135 x 8 reps
- Set 3: 120 x 10 reps
Aggressive Fat Loss Program Review – Final Word
|Review||Kinobody Aggressive Fat Loss Program|
|Summary||The Aggressive Fat Loss Program is a digital fitness course offered by Kinobody that promises to help you lose body fat faster than a standard weight loss diet using a combination of advanced dieting strategies and strength training. The course includes information on how to setup your diet, how to stick to a meal plan, training for muscle preservation, and staying motivated throughout the entire process. The course features difficult strategies that will most likely be challenging for beginners, but sticking to the steps outlined in the program should produce favorable results.|
|Rating||4.25 (out of 5)|
Based on what’s in the Aggressive Fat Loss Program, it seems like it should work. The diet advice and workouts all make sense.
Does that mean that aggressive fat loss is easy. No. For many people, losing more than one pound per week is fairly difficult because it’s mainly a mental game.
Regardless, AFL is a solid program and Kyle, the founder of Noob Gains, owns and has followed the lessons in it with success.
However, for guys who want a faster way to lean down than a typical program, we rarely recommend the Aggressive Fat Loss Program anymore.
Why? Because we believe we found something better.
Superhero X12 by FitMole.
This program teaches SO much more than just how to lose body fat. With SX12, you can lean bulk, get intermediate workouts, learn the right way to do cardio, and a lot more.
Kinobody’s Aggressive Fat Loss program only does one thing. If you want to learn more, you have to pay more.

Aggressive Fat Loss Program Discount
Back when I originally wrote this review, Kinobody had this web tool called “The Physique Builder”. Essentially, you could take a quiz, answer some quick questions, and at the end you would be recommended a program.
Plus, the program gave you a 28% discount too. Unfortunately, Kinobody removed this tool and it doesn’t appear that you can get a discount on the Aggressive Fat Loss Program at this time.
