10 Legit Bicep Workouts to Get Big Arms

I don’t care if you’re a teenager in high school or a college graduate, all guys want bigger biceps.

(Myself included)

What’s interesting is your biceps are pretty small muscles, but building them up does a few things:

  • Adds symmetry to your upper body
  • Helps you lift more weight in deadlifts and rows
  • Gives you the authority to make more gun show jokes

So, in the spirit of building biceps and loading these guns…

I put together this list of 10 good workouts for biceps that are totally legit and here’s what you’ll notice…

They’re all pretty different, but they’re all effective too.

Don’t think there’s one set way to do anything in the muscle-building game (including pumping up your guns).

Some guys do great on bicep workouts with dumbells.

Other guys might do better with tons of volume using only barbells.

You really gotta just experiment.

The real factor that causes your bicep to grow is progressive overload.

This could be by adding more reps, sets, or weight as your biceps get stronger (important stuff).
