My name is Kyle Hoffman and at the time of writing this post, I’m currently making noob gains.

You might ask yourself, “What the heck are noob gains?”

Well, I actually clear all of that up over on my About page along with my personal story, so make sure you check it out.

But to give you the short version, noob gains are the first one to two years in a novice weight lifter’s career in which the most drastic and fastest progress can be visually seen and experienced in terms of new strength.

I want noobgains.com to be that golden squat rack that you noobs can retreat to to learn exactly what you need to build muscle, get ripped, and become strong without confusing the hell out of the subject or introducing a bunch of fluffy crap that will have less than a 5% impact on your progress.

Now, I know my site looks a little bare right now, but I’m working on it.
